Returned products must be in their original resaleable condition. We can normally refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

We offer insured options for our shipping. This (as with all our shipping) is charged at the rate we pay to Royal Mail. We can only guarantee orders that are places using this option. If after 21 days your order has not arrived, please contact us to arrange redelivery.
