We'd like you to be happy with all your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact us as soon as possible (within 14 days of receipt) to arrange for a return and refund of your money. Returned products must be in their original resaleable condition. We can normally refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
We offer insured options for our shipping. This (as with all our shipping) is charged at the rate we pay to Royal Mail. We can only guarantee orders that are placed using this option. If after 21 days your order has not arrived, please contact us to arrange redelivery.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We're not a big company and don't hide behind a lot of terms and conditions. So, the spirit of this section is... we try to be fair and reasonable and would like you to be happy with your purchases.
